This place has had ongoing construction for the last year and a half with no end date in sight. I called their office over a year ago to see when their end date would be and they said it was supposed to have already happened. Now over a year later, there's still extremely loud and disruptive construction almost every single day, sometimes even on weekends and often starting between 6-7am. Non stop drilling, tractors, millions of loud trucks backing up, jackhammering. Ultimately, ruining the neighborhood and peoples' day to day lives in any nearby homes. I'd love to not have to move apartments and spend hundreds of dollars but living around these constant noises has given me daily headaches and has been a horrible experience.

Hello Rachel, Thank you sincerely for sharing your experiences with us. As a fellow Queen Anne neighbor, we understand how disruptive and exhausting ongoing (particularly prolonged) construction can be for the community. Our multiphase construction project is part of a major improvement project for Bayview, a home for seniors and children. Phase I construction concluded in Spring 2025 and our current and final Phase II construction is slated for completion in June 2026. We’re doing everything we can to keep disruption to a minimum while moving the project forward as efficiently as possible. We also want to be transparent that certain phases, especially demolition, involve unavoidable noise, and we truly understand how difficult that can be for our neighbors. We are eager to bring construction to a close and appreciate your patience as we near the finish line. We understand that this doesn’t ease the daily inconvenience you’re experiencing, but we hope that knowing we’re in the final stretch offers some reassurance that the end is in sight.
