Our family loves Baypoint! The staff and community are wonderful. They are definitely the best option for senior community based care in Bremerton. Besides the view and activities for loved ones, my favorite part is they have independent, assisted and memory care as our loved ones progress in aging. I can't thank this team enough!

One single day was enough to learn that while the staff of the Memory Care unit seemed wonderful, I wouldn't trust the person in charge with a pet, not to mention a friend or family member who needs hospice support in their final days. He seemed short tempered, hostile, loud and gruff. This was the first time I have ever heard a care provider exclaim, "This is MY building!" I heard it loudly proclaimed in 2 separate conversations that day. That being said, perhaps the main building is superb; it did look beautiful like the TV show Designing Women.

From the initial conversation with Jessica, to check in with Tommy, the entire process was smooth, humane and compassionate. Jessica goes way above and beyond her call of duty, and invests herself in helping during the challenging times. I cannot adequately describe the comfort she provided to our family. Tommy is an upbeat, happy and welcoming person, who truly enjoys his calling and treats residents with love, dignity and a dose of humor. If your loved one needs care, this is the place. My gratitude extends to the rest of the staff, nurses, cleaning staff and the laundry lady. Collectively they make this facility feel like home.
