Bay Haven Integrated Care

I have a family member currently living in this facility and the staff and upper management are always bullying her and harassing her and lieing about her family to her guardian causing her conflict and her family conflict the facility is nasty and they don’t work with the consumers to integrate them into society they do as much as they can to keep them living in the home for there money director has been stealing the customers money there families give them it’s only small amounts so the customers don’t know there money is being taken stuff like broken windows in rooms don’t get fixed my family member has been targeted sense day one when she was placed in this home which she doesn’t need to be there she completed all her goals set for her then they forced more goals on her to keep her there longer cause they didn’t work with her to integrate her into society this place really needs to be shut down permanently and and the customers that doesn’t need to be there need to go home to there family’s there has only been a hand full of the employees that doesn’t there job to help the customers to try and integrate them into society and when they start getting the customers really close to leaving the group home those employees get fired or forced to quit cause of upper management or the director bully’s them as well most of the customers are abused and neglected on a daily basis and talked to like they are ignorant when most of them are not and she filed rights reports they get ignored consumers have even threatened her with harm and harassment on a daily basis as well and staff and upper management including the Hbh worker in the group home has made her mental health worse along with Hbh worker not in group home this group home is worse for her mental health then it would be if she wasn’t living in there
