Sheila and her team cared for a family friend for the last 2 1/2 years. She came from a local large facility where 2 people cared for 40 residents. That was a bad experience and we were very happy when Barrett-Regency was recommended. Our friend received excellent care and we were provided with regular feedback and participated in her ongoing care. She recently passed from natural causes and we are happy that she spent these last 2 1/2 years in a home-like environment with people she saw every day and who took great care of her. I highly recommend Barrett-Regency to anyone looking for a home-like setting with high density care. Their people treated our friend like family and made a difficult situation much easier on us and our family friend.

Sheila and her team provided extraordinary care for my step-father. When he first arrived at Barrett Regency from on of the highly regarded rehab facilities he was unable to roll over in bed due to lack of strength. With the special attention and care given by the staff at Barrett Regency he quickly regained strength and was able get himself out of bed and even walk with a walker. His quality of life was restored to higher levels than we ever expected. Many many thanks to Sheila and her team!!!

They took great care of my mom. They only take a few people at a time which means they get one on one care. The staff is warm and friendly.

Our mother was a resident for 2.5 years. Staff was caring, attentive and patient. She was treated with dignity and compassion. They were always aware of and monitored her water intake. Excellent attention was paid to her cleanliness and hygiene. She never once had to be taken from the facility for medical care. No UTIs, sores, etc. Staff accommodated the nearly daily visits from family/friends.

Shelia and her staff at Barrett Regency are amazing!! They provided our dad with top-notch care right up to the end of his life. It was impressive and comforting that three of the staff members are nurses, including Shelia. Barrett Regency feels like home! The home and everyone there are very warm and inviting. It was so comforting knowing our dad was provided with the care he deserved. We never worried while he was there. It is very hard to find good elderly care. Our dad was very comfortable and happy during his time with Shelia and her staff. We would highly recommend Barrett Regency for your loved one!
