Moved love one in during winter ice storm from rehab. The tour guide / sales director Oliva was amazing to work with. Dee the director of Business helped put a plan in place. The facility is clean, maintenance Ryan goes above for residents. The food is amazing. They order off a menu with some great choices. Activities are so many to keep everyone engaged . My love one has already made such great friends the socialization is so good for everyone. We have already referred several people. Go check them out.

There really isn't enough room for me to elaborate on this facility. My mother was a resident for over 16 months, she passed on the 11th of April. I could never have written this review while she was there, for fear of retaliation or being asked to remove her. I passed by Dee on several occasions after her passing and she never acknowledged me or my sister to offer her condolences. First let me begin by, She was evaluated before she was accepted and we were assured they could handle her needs. We were told that they would include her in the activities and taken to the special events. After two months several staff made her feel like a burden or they didn't have time to include her. My sister and I spent almost every morning and every evening for the entire 16 months as they never had enough staff to adequatley fill her needs, and or their promises. There were many days where she was left unchanged (she was incontinent) for up to 12 hours a day. We had video and audio recording 24/7 and have the video proof. She would activate her call bell for assistance and no one would show up for 45 minutes to an hour, on several occasions she had to call the front desk from her cell phone to get assitance. She was a hoyer lift and we requested that the staff be trained on the proper use of this equipment, as we also have video proof of one staff member who almost dumped her on several occasions. They are extremely short staffed and are overworking the few good staff members who have stayed and who are there for the right reasons. There are dangerous staff shortages on the weekends. There have been at least 4 head of Nursing Directors in the last 16 months, the turnonver in staff has been a big problem. They let go of the ones who truly cared and have kept the employees who reek of pot. The majority of the five star reviews posted on this page were given by former and some current staff and family members. I have screen shots of them all. There is one who fictiously stated she had a family member there at present and was very pleased with the staff and her care. She was the staff...The elevators are consistently broken, I'm not sure that the inspection certificates were ever signed by the proper people as there were only names and no signatures. . If you take time to talk to the residents and or family in Assisted Living they can tell you how baths are not being given, laundry is not done consistenly, bed linens rarely changed. It is a beautiful facility but that is where it ends.

We are so far pleased and excited. Not even moved in yet, we have received lots of calls that the apt is ready and thankfully, they offer auto draft. The sales girls made our family feel special and we are excited see our Dad do things with the people he's met so far.
