I needed care for my mother in law on 6/26/2026. She was treated by Dr. Allende, nurses Leanne and Cambria, and Techs Alicia and Alanie. I can't say enough about the quality of care that was given. Everyone was kind and took time with her explaining tests and results. We have been to different hospitals while traveling and this has been our best ER experience.

I had a radiology test scheduled with Baptist. All was well until the appt was moved to an earlier date, which was at my request. No issue there. Was actually great news to have the test moved up because I had already waited nearly a month. The employee explained to me that once the appt was moved to the earlier date, if I had to reschedule, they were booking out to the following month. I checked with work and was able to move the appt. Great news, once again. Ten mins later I get a call from the central scheduling employee explaining she booked me in a "stat" slot. Which was not allowed. During our previous conversation she understood I was losing my secondary insurance so it had to be done in the time frame that was initially scheduled. She did not seem the mind the trouble she had created for me. She was extremely rude and not willing to admit she had made a mistake. I asked for a supervisor after she was continuously rude and kept cutting me off. She put me on hold for a while, came back and stated she was about to get me in at the hospital for the test, which opened another mess with my insurance because they only approved my test at a non hospital setting. End of story, I did not get my test due to her mistakes. I called two weeks ago requesting to speak to a supervisor. I was sent to a mailbox for a Marcia in Lexington that NEVER returned my call. For these reasons I will try my best to avoid Baptist (facilities and phychians)at all cost. They clearly don't care about how their employees treat consumers or the fact that that employee was going to cost me thousands had I not found another facility(NON BAPTIST).

I went in because my disc was stuck in my back and causing sciatica issues. I could stand straight. From the time my sister got me to the front er doors and she went in grabbed a wheel chair a nice police officer ask if she needed help. Then once I was in the chair the security guard came abd pushed me in. The front desk was quick and I only had to wait like 5 minutes to get back in the room. Triage came in got me set then nurse came in and maybe 30 minites after all this i saw the np and we had a plan set. Everyone was nice and very decisive. Note when I came in it was around 10 pm and left about 2. After my meds they just let me rest and enjoy the relief for about an hour before coming in and checking my bp and telling me about my prescription they were ordering. My np was Mary Simpson and I want to say my nurse was Melanie didnt get her last name. Both were on the ball and made me feel like they really were doing their best to get me back in working order. My first time being seen at this hospital. My over all review is I had a good visit and if I ever am in thw area and I have to go to the er I will not be as nervous. Thank you

Doctor was extremely rude to my 74 year old mom, because she came in scared with chest pains and high blood pressure, he told her over and over it wasn’t an emergency like that mattered to me or her. But they chose to also keep us here from 10:00pm until 3:56am and we still aren’t discharged. Not to mention this room is filthy and hasn’t been cleaned at all. Nurses not wearing gloves to draw blood or put in IV’s. It’s disgusting here. Blood wasn’t disposed of properly either. Just sitting in the trash. All the items in these pictures were here before we even got her sat in the bed.

Review for the Imaging Department-Mammography Visited 21 August 2025 I had two scheduled visits here and it is always a pleasant experience. From registration to the actual procedure, all the staff were always helpful. Read the instructions on MyChart because it tells you which entrance to use (Entrance A if going to registration; or Entrance B by the gift shop if going directly to Imaging). There is ample free parking available, just don't park in any marked spots that don't correspond to the department you are visiting (for example, there are spots dedicated to patients visiting the rehabilitation department). Although I had to wait so that they can request my records from other facilities, I was okay. The technician kept me updated at regular intervals. They apologized profusely for having me wait, but I was in no rush. But it was reassuring that they informed me about the delays. The procedure itself was standard. The facility was clean. There was a bathroom in the mammography department and coffee was available. The dressing/undressing room was large and comfortable and had the wipes necessary for cleaning yourself if you forgot that you weren't supposed to wear deodorant (because who wants to leave home smelling unpleasant?).
