Hope Living Group Home, LLC

Over the past four years I have placed three friends or family members with this facility, and we have been very pleased. Florence and Lucy are great care givers, and the other staff are very friendly and competent. We are happy to recommend B&Y Care Home.

My mom Madge Smith lived here for many years until she passed at the age of 93. I highly recommend it. The most loving caring staff I have ever witnessed. I couldn’t have ask for a better place.

My father, Dan, lived at B&Y for over two years before his passing at the age of 95. We chose B&Y because of its warm family atmosphere, consistent staffing, and high staff to resident ratio. Florence and Lucy and the rest of the caregivers were incredibly sweet and loving. They catered to his preferences such as how he liked his morning coffee and muffin and his favorite sandwich. Dan became less ambulatory over the years, but they kept him safe, clean, comfortable and treated him with respect. The home was a blessing to our family during a difficult stage of life.

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the care of my Mom. The staff at B&Y Care Home did their very best to keep my Mom happy and comfortable. I appreciate that you listened and reacted to all our feedback. Taking care of seniors is a very, very difficult job and we are lucky that wonderful people like you take on this type of business. It takes a special type of person to do this work. I could never have taken care of my Mom like your staff did!

My client had severe dementia issues and was no longer able to live at home. Her nephew's daughter heard about what I call B&Y Care Home. She lived there for some three years before passing away just short of her 99th birthday. Their care was always thoughtful and focused on her needs. There was never a time that I had any criticism of the care givers, the vigilance over her care, or that she was being treated other than as if she was a family member. The medical costs dropped significantly, the falling stopped, and her well being increased. They cannot be thanked enough for providing all that they did during the last years of her life.
