Looking for a new home for my parents was an arduous task. My goal was to keep them together, safe and well cared for as long as possible. When I happened upon Awakenings, it has fulfilled that criteria and so much more. Awakenings of Bel Air is a home where the caring and kindness abounds. Every personnel has become a part of our family, not to mention the other residents and their families. Our family has been truly blessed to become a part of this unique and intimate setting. We received so much more than what other assisted living facilities could offer and highly recommend Awakenings of Bel Air to any family looking for that some place special for their loved one(s).

My mother in law felt secure and safe at Awakenings. She was comfortable, enjoyed the family like atmosphere, home made cooking and family style meals, refreshments, and furnishings in her room and throughout. The staff and management were caring, supporting, and made her feel at home. She did not refer to Awakenings as "Awakenings", she called it home.
