Community Relations Director Lisa Markin provided a richly detailed overview of the services, features of the residence, and the processes for setting up care. She was unhurried in gathering relevant information. and was quite well informed about the rare dementia type we’ll be seeking help for. The availability of medical services and related professional services was surprisingly complete. The residence is thoughtfully designed and beautiful.

Lisa made me cry. For JOY!!! What a BEAUTIFUL place, the garden area is PRICELESS. Very clean and I went at lunchtime unannounced and the whole staff was friendly and looks like they loved their calling. Bittersweet. I hafta put my mom somewhere but they reach out to where she is in her memory loss (like they do everyone)… signed her up without even going to another place.

The communication with executive staff is lacking. But positives is the care team personnel keep my mother moving and not just laying in her bed. The facility is nice and has a very comfortable feel.
