I have both my parents here for the last six months. The facility is flawless. My parents love the food and atmosphere is wonderful. The place is immaculate and the staff is on top of everything when they need help.

My grandma has been here for over 5 years. It seems like we have had nothing but problems since Avamere took over. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I get different answers from different people. We recently transferred my grandma to memory care. This has been a very painful process and have had zero help from the staff. I went to visit my grandma a few days after we moved here and found a staff member in her room searching around her nightstand. I am very unhappy and would move her right now if I could.
