They took the time to understand her needs, her routines, and even the little things that brought her comfort and joy. Knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared gave me peace of mind knowing that she was always safe. It takes a special kind of person to do this work with such heart. Your team showed unwavering empathy, professionalism, and love, even on difficult days. This is THE BEST home for your loved one, without any reservations what so ever. Paula and her team loved my grandmother like family the minute she arrived and beyond her death.
