Encore Memory Care at Crystal Lake offers full-time, residential care for people with early, mid-stage and advanced Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia, as well as short-term respite care for caregivers. Licensed nurses and personal care assistants with specialized training in memory loss provide daily assistance, medication management, frequent safety checks, and personalized care in small, family-like neighborhoods.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the compassionate care my mom receives at Encore. The staff is patient, attentive, and truly treats residents with dignity and kindness. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to help residents feel safe and comfortable. I especially like that it is a smaller facility, and everyone knows everyone. The staff is very personable with the families and cares about us as well. Communication with families has been excellent, mainly through email, and we appreciate the activities and personal attention provided each day. The residents are always doing something to keep their minds going. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mom is surrounded by caring professionals who genuinely treat my mom like one of their own family members. We highly recommend this facility to any family looking for quality care and support.
