Autumn Care

Fantastic community, managers and staff. The last couple of months visiting this facility it’s like visiting good friends that you have known for years.

I recently called the Karns facility and had asked for the Dr's name and pharmacy that they use for their residents. When I was connected to the facility, I was immediately put on speaker phone and could hardly understand to what they were saying. I again called back and asked the address for pharmacy and was still on speaker and could barely hear. I also questioned the NP name again and again still on speaker along with rude staff the whole time. I realize speaker phone is easier, but when you have many people talking at once it would be nice to pick up the phone. Just with this experience I would not choose this place.

Fabulous community. Lively, lots of activities, and beautiful. Happy to see my family in a good home with great care.

I can’t say enough great things about Autumn Care Karns. From the moment you walk in, you can truly feel the warm, family-like atmosphere. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, valued, and at home, it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they serve.
