I cannot say enough about AH and the entire staff! Top tier care and facility! My brother was a resident here for 4 years before his passing! The care that he received was like family. Even on his bad days (dementia) they were so kind and patient with him. I received numerous FaceTime calls from AH when my brother was feeling down so I could talk to him and boost him spirits. I will always recommend AH to anyone looking for a home for their loved-ones! Well done Johanna, Makenna, and Staff! You all are the true Superstars!! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Management runs things very poorly tends to make me wonder how they treat residence at the facility. . Unprofessional environment. The place isn’t maintained well

I am forever grateful to Auburn Heights for providing my two aunts a place that feels like home, where they are treated with kindness and understanding. I believe the staff literally saved the life of one of them when they nursed her through an illness several years ago. The two sisters enjoy each other's company and love hanging out on the back deck on sunny days. In addition to a caring staff and fantastic administrator (Johanna) another thing we love about Auburn Heights is that it’s small enough to feel cozy. Everyone knows everyone else. Based on the experiences of other family members, I’ve come to believe that smaller is better in the world of assisted living. Thanks so much, Auburn Heights staff, for the love you bring to your demanding and sometimes stressful jobs. You are the best!

My Aunt and Mom are both at Auburn Heights. It has been so great to have them there. Johanna the manager is excellent and the staff are very caring from what I've seen. I consider our family very fortunate to have found this place. Highly recommended.

The staff at Auburn Heights have been outstanding in providing care for our loved one! The smaller facility allows for more one on one interaction, which has been very important in giving personalized care. We have open lines of communication with the staff, and have appreciated the frequency calls and texts to keep us updated! Additionally their frequent events and activities help keep our love one engaged and active. We love the staff and care at Auburn Heights!
