Update: this is my mom's fourth year here and she still loves it. She will be 92 next month. The staff are still giving her loving and excellent care. The staff are caring and there are always activities scheduled for the residents. My mom has lived here for a year now and has received excellent care. Everyone at Vitality has been very kind to my mom. I am grateful for all they have done for her.

We recently needed to put my mom in respite care for a few weeks. We're so thankful for Vitality Living Springdale! The staff there was fabulous and went out of their way to minister to the residents. My mom made some great friends during her few weeks there, participated in far more activities than I ever would have imagined, and felt cared for as well. We brought mom back home with us--and though she's happy to be home--I think she's missing all she enjoyed there too!

Helped to move my mother and her husband to Vitality almost a year ago. Since Donna has been the director, they have both had extremely personal care and support. The staff spends an extra amount of time with my mom in particular and I really appreciate that. When they first moved in all that was available was a one bedroom apartment and that was awfully small for them, but as soon as possible, they were moved into a two bedroom apartment that has been so much better for them and especially helpful when mom and her husband have visitors. My mom is very particular about hanging pictures and things on the walls and Chris And his maintenance staff have really gone out of their way to get things done in mom’s apt. I told chris how hard it was for mom to have to move from her longtime home to assisted living and I think he just really wanted to do his best to make that Apartment feel like home for her. No one wants to have to move their family member into assisted living and I know I sure didn’t, but I am sure glad that we chose Vitality.

The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because they have an amazing activities team. The best I've ever seen. The food is awful, worse than the cheapest frozen dinner. My family members room smelled like old moldy carpet.Again, the activities team is top notch.

Thank you team for taking great care of my loved one. I appreciate Ashley's time and patience with us, as we looked for a new area of care for her. We appreciate you!
