I have been a resident at Atria for over 4 years and have enjoyed it very much! I find the atmosphere very positive. The staff members are very helpful in all ways such as a lending helping hand and being for me. They are all very cheerful and always there for me!

I recently visited this senior living community and left extremely disappointed, especially with the leadership in the Memory Care department. The Executive Director, April, did not come across as approachable or genuinely engaged. During my interactions, she seemed distant and insincere, which made me question how invested she is in the well-being of the residents. My concerns extended to the Memory Care Director, Michelle. Each time I observed her, she appeared disengaged and not actively involved with the residents or staff. It felt as though her level of attentiveness changed dramatically only when family members were present, which was troubling. Another major issue was the environment of the Memory Care unit itself. The odor when I visited was very strong and unpleasant. I don’t fault the frontline staff, because it truly looked like they were understaffed and overwhelmed compared to the Assisted Living side. It left me with the impression that this department isn’t getting the support and leadership it desperately needs. Overall, my visit raised serious concerns about the quality of care and oversight in Memory Care. I hope the community takes these issues seriously and works toward meaningful improvements. Memory Care should be one of the most supported areas, yet it felt neglected and poorly led. Families deserve better, and the residents certainly do.

My mom was very fragile and didn’t speak much English, but the staff and the memory care director, Michelle made her feel completely at home. There was never a language barrier only kindness. My mom was always smiling, and Michelle would send us photos of her happy and comfortable with friends, which means the world to our family. Due to my mom‘s progression, we recently moved her to boarding care, but we will always be grateful and blessed that we found this community. They care for her with so much compassion. Highly recommended.

My mom lived at this community , and the care she received was exceptional. The staff were always attentive and compassionate. Michelle the Memory Care Director, always answered my calls and kept me updated . Med Tech Paul was also amazing kind, patient, and very attentive to my mom’s needs. I’m grateful my mom was able to stay here for so long. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and kindness.

April P. who is the director of this facility and Michelle L., the memory care director have failed this facility. It is clear they are not qualified for their positions and have caused this facility to significantly deteriorate to the point that the residents are being affected by it. The remaining caretakers prioritize their own personal matters and do not focus on the residents and their tasks. This is the result of April and Michelle's unprofessionalism and their failure to properly manage and make the necessary corrections. Most of the caretakers that made a positive difference are now gone, I am sure in part due to management's inadequate work ethic and what I believe to be not only management's inexperience, but also their apathetic, aloof, insensitive and egotistical attitudes. The elderly are not safe here. Too many falls and severe neglect and very stressful atmosphere for the memory care residents. This place should be shut down. The damage caused may not be fixable and if it is, it will take a very long time to fix. The caretakers in this facility are not trained and do not seem to have experience either. The med techs are just as bad. I met only one capable male who was a med tech but every other med tech in this facility are not helpful, have nasty attitudes and do not respond in a timely manner.
