Ridgefield Station

My husband just did a respite care there in the memory care. He was there for 6 days, and received wonderful care and attention. He also said the food was really good. He thought he was on a nice vacation. The environment is calm, serene, clean, bright and filled with positive energy. The pricing is comparable to neighboring communities.

In my job as a Real Estate Broker, I met a 94 year old who had no family and no one to care for him. I volunteered to assist this client in researching and finding an appropriate Senior Living option for his next home. We researched dozens of options in New York and Connecticut and was so impressed with the staff, programming, facilities & dining options with Ridgefield Station. We hit a home run here! The facility and people are even nicer and more professional than we ever thought possible. What was more amazing is the facility was in between Executive Directors and most of our interactions was with a Regional Director, Josh Karim. He is amazing! He treated us like family and went above and beyond in providing superior customer service as we researched his facility and went through the process to register and move in! We never feel like this is a business but rather feel we are in a loving and caring home. I’d give the facility 10 Stars if that was the scale!

As a caregiving agency, we love partnering with Ridgefield Station. The staff and leaders are genuinely happy to be there and have strong relationships with residents. The community is always vibrant, with activities from happy hours to engaging social events. Residents clearly feel at home and supported to age in place, while staff consistently advocate for their well-being and safety. Having seen many communities in Fairfield County, Ridgefield Station is truly at the top of my list.

From the very beginning, the staff welcomed them with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for the team here—they truly care about every resident like family. The environment is not only clean, safe, and well-maintained, but also filled with a sense of community and joy. The staff are attentive and responsive, always taking the time to communicate clearly with our family. Any concerns are addressed immediately and with compassion. Every time I visit, I’m reassured that our parents are in a place where they are safe, valued, and happy. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at Ridgefield Station for the incredible work they do each and every day. They have given our family the greatest gift: peace of mind and a vibrant, supportive home for our parents.

A very flexible Respite care option made this the perfect choice when rehab was complete, but patient still not ready to go home independently. Clean, great programs, kind staff and good food.
