We moved my mother to Atria from another memory care facility two years ago, and the difference in her quality of life has been remarkable. Since becoming a resident here, her level of function improved tremendously. She was able to walk again with her walker, her appetite improved, and she stopped experiencing the frequent UTIs she had before. She also has not had a single fall since moving in, whereas she had several at her previous facility. The care she has received at Atria has been excellent and has truly given my mother a better quality of life. I am deeply grateful to the staff for their compassion, attentiveness, and dedication to her well-being.

Response from the owner

Hearing about the remarkable transformation in your mother’s quality of life over the last two years is deeply moving for the entire team. We understand how significant the transition to memory care can be, and seeing her regain her physical strength and appetite since joining the community is the most rewarding feedback we could receive. The staff takes immense pride in maintaining a vigilant and supportive environment where resident safety and clinical well-being are the top priorities. Knowing that our attentive approach has provided such a noticeable improvement in her daily health and given your family true peace of mind means a great deal to everyone here. We are honored to provide the compassionate care she deserves and remain fully dedicated to her continued well-being.

I visited Atria Park at Vintage Hills. It was lovely, comfortable and spacious. I was given a tour by Kellie. She and several residents greeted me and my little dog. Kellie had toys and treats for my dog and for me. We saw several apartments in independent living, and assisted living. We did not see the memory care building. The grounds were spacious and beautifully maintained. The roses were beautiful. My dog was completely relaxed and enjoyed meeting several residents. Temecula is a beautiful town in one of California’s great wine growing regions. When I decide to move, I I would definitely consider Atria Village. Kellie was great help and very kind.

Response from the owner

Your positive experience brings such joy to our team! It sounds like Kellie made quite an impression with her thoughtful preparation - having those special treats ready shows the care we put into every visit. What a wonderful picture you paint of your dog meeting residents and enjoying the beautifully landscaped grounds. Those moments of connection happen naturally here, and it's clear both you and your furry companion felt right at home during your tour.

After looking at several assisted living facilities in our area we chose Atria in Temecula for my mom to live. Kellie Harris and Laura Sutterman have been absolutely amazing to work with and extremely helpful with this big transition. Everyone in the facility is very friendly and we are so excited for my mom to move in at the end of this month.

Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience at Atria Park of Vintage Hills. We're delighted to hear that Kellie and Laura have been amazing and that you're excited for your mom's upcoming move.
