Wow, the location of this facility is breathtaking. And the nursing staff and support staff are wonderful. The director however is woefully inept and unorganized. We have been given the runaround for over 4 months following a fire that displaced my mother from her original unit. Despite 4 confirmations this week that they moved her back into her unit we arrived today to put the finishing touches and get my mom totally settled in. We found the room has not been cleaned. Her contents have not been cleaned. None of her contents have been moved and no one here could assist us nor was there any on-call staff who could help in addition the director is not picking up her phone when the on-call manager is calling. We are left hanging once again by management. Do better management.
