Not friendly if you are making a delivery to the wrong place asking for help for a previous employee who entered the wrong address. All people should be treated kind. I pray that service do not reach the residents. Have a better day than today. God Bless

Morada Lake Arlington Memory Care has by far exceeded our expectations!!! The director, LaTonya Marcus, is the center heart of the facility! She is extremely caring, sensitive, knowledgeable and efficient in her role and responsibilities. She extends these values to her staff who do an amazing job caring for the residents! We have such confidence and trust in the care for Mom because LaTonya and her staff have proven to have Mom's best interests as a daily priority. We are blessed and truly thankful for LaTonya and her staff.

I can’t speak highly enough about this facility and the staff. My mom has been here for 5+ years and has really enjoyed it. So when I told Leah, sales, that i needed a place for my father she delivered. Leah was very helpful and thorough and made it an easy process. The entire staff from Sandy at the front desk, Gina the nurse/ care giver to Brian who handles all activities like a pro they are always smiling and willing to help. I would recommend Morada Lake Arlington to anyone but because of the amazing team here there aren’t usually any availability so if there is jump on it.

Response from the owner

Hi, Brad. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!

My mom and her family had a bad experience in Morada Lake Arlington Memory Care. Some of the key staff gave me the impression that they did not like their job. They weren’t caring to the residents and rude to family. Especially if I questioned my mom’s level of care. Poor coordination between works shifts. I would asked how my mom did during the night, day staff could not answer. Communication in my opinion is poor with staff. I couldn’t understand them and they couldn’t understand me many times. A simple question to an employee turns into a complaint. In my mom’s situation Morada was very quick to require me to hire privately funded sitters. If I didn’t hire them the contract allows them to hire the sitters for you, but you are still required to pay. Those residents confined to wheelchairs do better here because staff can better control their movement. In my mom’s situation she could walk, staff did everything possible to keep her from walking unless I got a private sitter to walk with her. I was told staff didn’t have time to watch her since she was walking. Over priced for what memory care offers.

Our parents have been residents at Morada for several years. The staff has always been very helpful. Brian - the social director - is AMAZING. He truly cares for the residents. Brad has always been responsive and helpful. Morada is a blessing to our family.

Response from the owner
