My mother’s main care giver, Leonel Moreno is amazing at his job. He makes every person feel special. He knows what they each like and what makes them happy and tries to do as much as he can for them to be happy. He stays on top of sending daily pics out to her family to see on a group app that Assured living has in place. A wonderful aspect of this facility. The house is well kept and nurses are great too. Hermon has also been very helpful with my mom’s care. Communication is great w this company. I just wish there was financial help for those of us that struggle to pay for this type of care.

What an amazing place! My mother has been happy and content in this senior facility for the past 3 years. The staff is well-trained and supportive in the care for the elderly, including clients with memory issues, like my mother. Clients eat freshly cooked meals around a kitchen table and the amount of clients to house ratio is small. This gives a family-like feel to the place. Also it should be noted that the cost of this facility is the least of all the care facilities in the area! I highly recommend Assure Senior Living for your loved one. It has been great for my Mom!

Wonder home for your loved ones! Compassionate staff and they will take care of your loved one as if they were their own. Great activities program, great nutritional home cooked meals and all the staff are very good at communication and are not only there for their residents but also there for family members as well while we are all going through this difficult time and transition. Also they will not surprise you with any hidden fees like I've seen other places, no matter the level of care they will not up charge you when your loved one needs more care. I also like that they provide briefs and hygiene products which is included in the price because as we all know how expensive that stuff can get.

All of the Assured homes are wonderful. Each in beautiful neighborhoods and great for your loved one that needs care. Prices are better when compared to others (no extra charges) and by far surpass them with the care the residents receive. Love them! If your looking for a home like environment for your loved one that has Dementia or Alzheimer’s l highly recommend touring any of their homes to see for yourself how they stand out above the rest! 💕

Dishonest company now that Sheryl is gone. Thought we had found a good place for my mom and were willing to pay for the first month to hold a room before we could move her. Paid $10,000 for first and last month. Called Sheryl before the end of that month and said we still couldn't move my mom for health reasons and was told they couldn't hold the room any longer but would see what was available when we could move mom. Just called Frank / Francis today to say my mom is dying and won't be able to move. Frank informed me that the last month's $5,000 was not refundable. Says we needed 30 days written notice and Sheryl had left and never told him not to hold the room. No sympathy at all, just said to read the contract. Guess I'm glad my mom didn't have to spend her last few months with this company.
