The most amazing place great experience phenomenal people

The facility itself is nice, my family member liked the food for the most part, but the thing I came to leave a review about was the staff. As in, there is not enough of them. My family member would have to wait up to 3 hours sometimes just to get a nurse to bring their meds. Someone should not have to be writhing in pain for hours waiting on pain meds. Now sometimes, I'd see some staff sitting and chatting at the nurse's station while several lights were going off. Should people be able to sit for a few and have a non-work convo, yes, but if youre understaffed and have patients needing help, there's just not time for that. I even had to help a patient when I was walking by their room one day because no one else was. I did end up going to the desk to ask one of the 3 people there to please help her because I didn't want to go through the patients bedding to help them find what they were looking for. So please, do something about the staffing situation. No one should have to be contained to a room, waiting hours for their meds. My family member is no longer there, for the record.
