Jodi has been very patient and helpful. I have no complaints about the place. My sister seems satisfied.

My mom has been at Ashley Court for almost four years and we are so grateful for the wonderful care she receives daily. Even though she is in the late stages of Alzheimer's with dementia, the team at AC finds a way to brighten her days through activities and music as well as warmth, friendship and compassion. I've started attending their caregiver support group, Coping Together. I admit that it took me a while to join because I didn't want to spend a couple of hours being sad about mom's condition. But that hasn't been the case. Led by AC's amazing Jodi Crow, we share our experiences and frustrations, as well as ways to better interact with our loved ones who have dementia. There's also a lot of discussion about what we're going through personally as sons, daughters, husbands, wives and family members and ways to cope. I would characterize the Coping Together meetings as uplifting and supportive. It's good to know we're not alone in this journey. Thanks, Ashley Court (and Jodi)!

We moved my husband to Ashley Court last spring where he remained until his passing in January. I really appreciated the care he received in the two buildings he lived at. The staff were very informative, friendly and caring. The cooks were great, providing bountiful meals and friendly service.

The staff have been kind and are competent with my Mom's care. Communication is excellent. The place itself is warm and clean. Highly recommended.

Note I called Lansing State licensing so. Did verify the license's they carry , yes more than 1. Also verified complained of patient rolling off the porch . Also saw the sons post here! Sad place. No staff, One licensed LPN 1 staff on nights to two halls of a total of 20 patients . Poor care. My loved one was there and hated it . She contacted her attorney and wanted her living Will to be followed. She complained of stiff neck and they got into her end of life Med and hospice med wihout permission from hospice or family !!! In less than 4 months they were gone!!! Patients roaming in and out of other patients room, taking many personal belongs, also defecated on my loved ones bathroom floor not cleaned up but towel placed over it until they finished serving lunch . Gross ! There were times when someone forgot to place her oxygen back on her . Worse place ever I suggest you do a search of complaints and you will see where a patient died after rolling off one of their cement porches. Sad very Sad Don’t go by my words but Do Your homework before using this facility . When my loved one had a stroke , massive stroke I was never informed ( I the durable medical in the will) and walked into their room finding my family member slumped over in her recliner Please in less than 4 months I lost my family member. Check out state of Michigan formal complaints . Deaths !!! Call Health and Human Services to direct you to recipient rights office. I know much more than what they were told after serving just short of 40yrs in Health and Human Services of which 26 yrs was in nursing and in Mental Health Nursing. Also in EMS as Licensed EMT. I know what I saw . Grief no grief just care and concern that others don’t go through what our family and my Moms friends saw. HAS NOT BEEN 4 YEARS AS THIS was written 4/2023 Muriel passed 11/29/19. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST REVIEW OF YOUR ?? I REPORTED HER POOR CARE short time after her passing in your place. How can there be such discrepancies in the reviews of your patient care?? Suspicious. I did my homework and talked to the State of Michigan , there were terrible complaints and investigations you can see. BTW my Mom too was locked in her room and she would sit locked and we could not get in as they were locking other residents from entering her room . That is against fire and safety codes and my mom could not ambulate unassisted along with have a lower leg amputation . Big No No! No my Mother had sealed hospice meds for end of life , there was no directive to use her sealed morphine end of life meds . You were to be directed by her hospice nurse or family at the time she had a stiff neck and was over medicated and never came out of it shortly after suffered a massive stroke .
