Tiesha
Stop making these families believe that you all are good ppl and your skilled units are safe because they aren’t! Maybe a few staff & nurses care there but don’t be deceived I just feel it’s all about being truthful and not trying to take these families money, knowing that their loved ones aren’t really being cared for the way that their supposed to.

Until a couple months ago I had no complaints at all. As of now the food is so bad it's making the tenants sick. In the process of reporting to the State of Missouri.
