Arlington Place Health Campus

If you love the person that needs rehabilitation do not send them here! Staff is rude, uncaring and forcing unprescribed meds on patients and not leaving the room until they take them all. Patients have been forced to lay in urine soaked beds all night long when they are capable but not allowed to get up and go by themselves (assisted). Tried several times for several days to speak with the nursing station and then never pickup. Reports have been filed.

I would like to thank all of the staff at Arlington Place health campus for the excellent experience. My father had there at the campus.You all made my father so comfortable that he was hesitant to leave . The entire experience from activities, therapy, Personal care, & his dining experience made his stay there worth him being in a facility. I was so scared to leave him there (anywhere) alone but you all made him feel safe & welcome .Im so glad I chose Arlington Health Campus for him to do his therapy.I will always choose you all first.Now I gotta step my game up he is now comparing everything I do to you all.Im so happy & proud of him he now on his way back to the life he once knew thanks to you all I love each & every one of you . I now believe the saying “ Teamwork makes the dream work”

My loved one was here for rehab and had a wonderful experience. From the moment she arrived the staff made us all feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The therapist were knowledgeable, encouraging and took the time to plan out her own personalized treatment plan that helped her regain her strength, confidence and get back home. I can't say enough about the nursing staff and caregivers. They were all kind, attentive and willing to help with a smile. I never heard her complain one time. It was clear that everyone worked together as a team to provide my aunt excellent care! I am grateful to everyone who played a part in her recovery. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care, outstanding therapy and a dedicated staff.

I cannot recommend Arlington Place enough. The level of care, compassion, and dedication shown by the entire team is truly remarkable. A special shoutout goes to Cory Blackwell, whose incredible support, kindness, and professionalism make all the difference. Knowing how exceptional the environment and staff are, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go there myself or trust them with my own family. Truly an amazing place!

Horrible place I could list one million things from Chemcial Restraint to giving residence Benadryl to make sure they go to sleep every night. This facility should be under investigation.
