After a very difficult experience at a larger facility in San Antonio (Adante) , we were fortunate to find Arden Park after my mother suffered a fall. Looking back, finding Arden Park was one of the best things that could have happened for our family. My mother spent more than two years there, and the love and care she received was amazing. Arden Park is small, personal, family-like, and incredibly flexible with families. But their true superpower is communication and personal attention. We always knew what was happening with Mom, and we knew the people caring for her truly knew her and cared about her. They were there for her right up until the very end. What I will never forget is how much her passing affected the staff. EVERY staff member seemed to feel as though they had lost someone from their own family. You can’t fake that kind of love and connection. For families struggling with the incredibly difficult decision of where to place a parent with memory care needs, I learned something important through this experience: don’t get distracted by fancy dining rooms, beautiful lobbies, or a facility that looks like a five-star hotel. Look at the care. Look at the staff. Look at how they communicate with families and, most importantly, how they treat your loved one when you’re not there. For us, the smaller, family-style environment made all the difference. Arden Park gave my mother dignity, compassion, attention, and love for more than two years, all the way through her final days. I will always be grateful to the people there for taking care of my mom when she needed it most. Thank you, Arden Park. Our family will never forget what you did for her.

when i go to visit, the location is always accommodating, friendly and my grandma‘s well taken care of!

The first night that we arrived with my mom , Jen (the owner ) and Brooke with Caring Hearts were there to meet us at the car . It was so helpful and very much appreciated, since we didn’t know how to handle this situation. The staff has always been so responsive and caring . We are able to check on more mom 24/7 . The place is always clean and decorated nicely for the different seasons / holidays . There are activities throughout the week and many celebrations as well . We feel very fortunate to have found Arden Park Home for memory care and assisted living . I highly recommend this place .

Home for the elderly. My friend is there. Her room is small but she is not able toove around. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. The residents are quiet most were looking at TV
