Arden Courts of Sterling Heights

My mom had dementia and was a resident at Arden Courts and the staff members are so kind and compassionate. They strictly specialise in dementia so they are very educated and good at what they do. They are one of the only facilities that we found that has a Nurse on staff and in the building 24 hours a day. Also, it is beautiful outside and has benches, tables with umbrellas and paved walkways for the residents while remaining enclosed for their safety The residents can enjoy being outside and loved ones know they are safe because the staff walks the grounds every 30 min to check on them. The management team, Brittany and Melanie are always available to answer questions or help you in any possible way. We toured 7 memory care units and had bad experiences where my mom was prior to Arden Courts. We found the best equiped place to care for our mom was Arden Courts.

I recently toured Arden Court and was extremely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, compassionate, and happy to answer all of my questions. The facility was clean, inviting, and had a warm, home-like atmosphere. It was clear that the residents are treated with kindness and respect, and the staff truly care about providing quality care. After touring several options, Arden Court stood out to me because of the genuine compassion and positive environment I felt during my visit. Based on my experience, I feel confident that this is the facility I will be choosing for my loved one, and I would highly recommend that anyone looking for care take the time to tour Arden Court.

I would highly recommend touring this community when looking for memory care. It feels like home and focused on memory care only.
