Arden Courts (Livonia)

It’s a lovely place, definitely some place worthy of allowing them to take care of your loved ones.

Very nice and inviting place

Our dad stayed here for almost 3 years--he just passed in January of this year. The staff was caring and compassionate, as well as accommodating--from the admins to the caregivers and nurses. Dad was active up until really a few weeks before his death (aged 95), so this place allowed him the freedom to walk around the halls. They have little open rooms off the hallways for family and residents to sit and socialize, so you don't necessarily have to cram into residents' rooms. He was safe, well cared for, and he enjoyed the food. No place is inexpensive, but we feel our money was well spent here. We compared other places and their level of care, and they don't compare well with this place--send your dear ones here if you're able and I am sure you will be as grateful as we were for them.

I had the opportunity to tour Arden Courts yesterday and was incredibly impressed. Paige was absolutely amazing throughout the entire visit. She was knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and took the time to answer every question while explaining how thoughtfully the community is designed to support individuals living with dementia. The building itself is beautiful, warm, and very well maintained. One of the most impressive features was the incredible outdoor space available to residents. The secure walking paths and large dementia-friendly outdoor courtyards give residents the freedom to safely enjoy fresh air, movement, and nature, which is so important for quality of life. It’s very clear that the team at Arden Courts truly understands memory care. From the layout of the community to the small thoughtful details that help support residents with dementia, everything felt purposeful and specialized. On top of that, the pricing for memory care seemed very reasonable for the level of care and environment they provide. Overall, I left feeling very impressed and would absolutely recommend families tour this community if they are exploring memory care options in the area.

I had the pleasure of visiting Arden Courts Livonia, Mi yesterday, and just have to share my experience for anyone looking for Memory Care Community for their loved one. First, the property itself is beautifully maintained, including the lawn and so many types of pretty trees, it felt like a large private park with flowers, little gazebos, inviting benches tucked away, perfect to just enjoy or read a nice book in the shade. I was given a gracious and informative tour by Memory Care advisor Paige who guided me through the community where I witnessed happy and friendly residents enjoying a presentation, engaging in activities as they were greeted by Paige and the staff by name as I walked through. The community was immaculate and homey. I would have loved my mother to have lived there, I know she would have felt safe and comfortable.
