My mother has been in memory care at Bay Harbor just over a year. She gets good care. Kelsey is very personable and responsive. The staff is patient with my mother. Her room is spacious and warm with natural light.

It is clear that the staff deeply care about the residents, treating them with dignity and attention. Knowing my family member is in such capable and caring hands is a great comfort. Outstanding Management and Leadership The positive atmosphere and high standards of care are a direct reflection of a strong and dedicated management team. I would like to give a special shout-out to Kelsey on the management team. Kelsey is an absolute star who always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and residents' needs are met. Her commitment is evident and greatly appreciated.

This facility gives off an energy of trust, trust that the residents are cared for with respect and compassion. Interaction with any of the staff confirms this as they all feel invested and in tune with the nature of their work. One can only imagine this is direct benefit of the facility director, who's brilliant smile radiates warmth and positivity, that surely motivates her entire team.
