Arbor Terrace of Knoxville

I've had the privilege of visiting Arbor Terrace of Knoxville for more than six years as a hospice caregiver, and after spending time in many senior living communities, I can honestly say this is one of my favorites. The care, compassion, and respect they show their residents is exceptional. There is always something going on to keep residents engaged, whether it's activities, special events, or outings. One thing I especially appreciate is that they give residents a voice by involving them in decisions about things like meal options, activities, and community events. It truly helps them feel valued and at home. Another wonderful benefit is the on-site therapy services, which make it easier for residents to receive the care they need. Every resident I've had the pleasure of caring for has spoken highly of both the facility and its staff. What stands out most to me is the longevity of the team. Many staff members have been with Arbor Terrace for years, creating consistency and meaningful relationships with the residents. That kind of stability says a lot about the company and the culture they've built. I'm always grateful to walk into this community knowing my hospice patients are genuinely loved, respected, and well cared for. Arbor Terrace doesn't just feel like a senior living community—it truly feels like family

Arbor Terrace is a senior living community that has many positives. It has great staff tenure, an awesome courtyard, excellent life enrichment, and great management team. I love going to visit friends here because it’s always bustling!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arbor Terrace Senior Living! I actually have a unique perspective because I was one of the very first employees when the community opened back in the 1990s, working as a CNA. Today, I’m a nurse and the Area Director for an in-home care company, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside the Arbor Terrace team in many different capacities. What has remained constant through the years is their commitment to providing exceptional care. Their residents are genuinely happy, loved, and treated with dignity and respect. One thing that has always stood out to me is the number of long-term employees. In senior care, that speaks volumes about the culture, leadership, and the relationships they’ve built. If I were looking for a place for one of my own family members, I would have complete confidence and peace of mind choosing Arbor Terrace. Knowing they would be cared for like family is priceless. The community itself is beautiful, but it’s the compassionate people inside that truly make Arbor Terrace feel like home. I love it here! This place is like a luxury cruise ship without the water. There are so many activities and things to do. The staff and residents are very nice and helpful! I looked at other places, and I felt this was the best place for me!
