The staff and caregivers are friendly and very helpful. Kelsey has been wonderful with the move in transition and making my loved one feel welcomed. We greatly appreciate her! I really appreciate the extent that Arbor Terrace has made to make this home for my loved one.

Arbor Terrace Lakeway cared for our father during the last three years of his life, and we will always be grateful for the love and compassion they showed him. From the moment he settled in, the staff made him feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home. They didn’t just care for his physical needs—they embraced him as part of their family. They encouraged him to participate in activities, kept him engaged, and gave him purpose and joy. Because of their kindness, he truly thrived during the final years of his life. When it came time to say goodbye, the staff grieved right alongside our family. Their tears, hugs, and heartfelt condolences reminded us just how deeply they had come to know and love him. Knowing he spent his final years surrounded by people who genuinely cared for him brought us an incredible sense of peace during the hardest time of our lives. We can never thank the entire team enough for the dignity, respect, and unconditional kindness they gave our father. They made a lasting difference not only in his life, but in ours as well.
