Addtional: This place is under review with AHCA, look up yourself. Short staffed, no food is horrible. People in jail get better. Place is owned by new owners and you cant speak to corporate to do anything. No outings bus just got fixed. Mother has been there for over a year. Not one outing. Rude staff dont trust them. They lie about everything. Even there response to this was a lie. Just do your own research pull up records. Look at AHCA website. Save your family from the Hell we are in. This used to be a half way decent place. But just like all of these places. Corporate buys it out. Says will make great changes.. then do nothing but take your money and cut the staff back. No care. Took the true nurses out for med techs that a 4 year old child could do better. When they have a fall they do not contact family or call paramedics. Let's let a old person with a possible head injury just get a bandaid and not call for a paramedic. They should go back to the way it was and fix the place up. Don't send your family to this place. They only care about money not the care of the elderly. No staff. Meds get mixed up all the time. One laundry lady and 1 cleaning lady for 300 people. Not a safe environment
Response from the owner
Dear Ms. Webster, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take feedback about our facility very seriously and always strive to provide compassionate and high-quality care to all our residents. We are aware of the sensitive circumstances surrounding your relationship with your mother and understand that this situation may be emotionally challenging. We have rigorous procedures in place to ensure our residents’ safety, and these procedures were followed in this case. Additionally, decisions regarding her care and who is authorized to make decisions on her behalf are determined in accordance with legal documentation, such as the designation of a Power of Attorney (POA). These decisions are beyond the facility’s control, and we are required to adhere strictly to these legal directives. We believe your review may not accurately reflect the level of care and commitment our team provides, and we encourage you to reach out to us directly if you would like to discuss any concerns further.
