My mother has lived here about a year, and I can't say enough positives about Arbor Oaks at Tyrone. The Director, Kelly O'Sullivan, leads the staff with compassionate, and empathetic care as the first priority. All of the staff, not only the CNAs, RNs, treat each one of the residents as if he/she were one of their own family members. During the COVID crisis, every effort has been made to make sure my Mom's life is safe and healthy. I am so glad our family chose Arbor Oaks of Tyrone for our Mother! She is happy and healthy and well taken-care of!

We looked at several places that would be a good fit for Mom. Arbor Oaks was the perfect choice! It's a is a beautiful facility with manicured grounds and is very clean and pleasant inside. Kelly and her staff are very attentive and always communicate any issues that arise as well as address any concerns we have. There always seems to be fun activities going on that keep the residents engaged and entertained. The three ladies that work the front desk are fantastic and always take care of any questions you have or will connect you with the person you need to talk to.

Lynne Olson
Mom has been at Arbor Oaks memory unit for 2.5 yrs. She has been stable and even w/ brittle diabetes has had good care avoiding any hospitalizations. Communication between staff and our family has been great. Regular emails from the director during the COVID pandemic keeps all families updated on the facilities resident and staff status which is very appreciated!

Arbor Oaks at Tyrone under Kelly’s leadership has done a fantastic job in all areas especially when it comes to COVID-19... I wouldn’t want my 97 year old parents living anywhere else... thank you Kelly and your fantastic staff!!!
