Just moving mom in. They have been great on all the initial things. The fee here seems competitive. The residents really seem happy here. It is a small but very nice facility.

My first impression of Arbor House was so clean and friendly when my son and I came to look! When I moved in so many people came to meet me in my apartment! There have been NO negatives being here and its been great.

These 5 stars go out to the young, kind employee named Thomas! Thomas goes out of his way to care for my grandfather. He has nothing but respect, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness while caring for him. Thomas's attentiveness towards all patients is absolutely amazing. I wish all the employees had his kind heart. Thank you Thomas!!

I really liked this place better before it went corporate. My mother lives here, after they sold I considered moving here but then thought the change would be to much. They really lack on communication. Or shall I say there is none. As POA you would think I would be advised of issues, I was before they Legends purchased them. Also they seem to always be short on staff, and per my mom, food quality has gone downhill. They are clean and friendly, my complaint is not against the staff but the 'new' corporate policies. Edit: A representative from Legend called, asked how they could do things better. I told them communication! I was told they had a weekly email that was sent out, that for some reason I wasn't receiving, my email was verified, and I was told I would be getting updates soon. 3 weeks later nothing. No communication! Smh.
