The Arbor at Bridgemill

My daughters chose Arbor independent living for me while I was in the hospital over 4 years ago. They made an excellent decision. I'm most happy about the quality of the staff here. They are all helpful and friendly. I'm amazed that they can remember all of our names. I'll mention one in partcular, Aspen, who is a server in the dining room. She works hard, is always on the go, and gets all of our orders right. (Even though we don't always remember what we ordered.) It's nice to have a young person (the right age to be our granddaugter) who is so helpful, cheerful, and always smiling. --- 7/24/2026. I've been here 5 years now and I'm still happy. I want to thank one of the employees here, Catherine, who is the lady who cleans my apartment. She's always good, and went above and beyond yesterday when I had higher than usual clutter in her way.

My experience as a resident of The Arbor at Bridge Mill for the past three plus years has been very positive. All the employees could not be more friendly or helpful. One employee in particular who has done work for me is Joel the handyman. He is very conscientious and knowledgeable about his work! I feel very confident about using his services in the future. I would highly recommend the Arbor at BridgeMill for senior living residence.!

I cannot say enough good things about Arbors at bridge mill. My mom recently suffered a bad fall and broke her femur, and the care and support she received from the team here has been nothing short of life-saving. I am incredibly grateful to everyone, but especially to Barbara. She stepped in and guided me through the entire process, helping me know exactly what questions and how to get my mom the immediate care she needed. Brooke the manager has also been absolutely amazing thru this very stressful time. Knowing my mom is in a community with such genuinely compassionate, proactive people gives me a peace of mind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The Arbor has been incredible for the 10 years my parents have been residents, but one staff member really stands out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rodney. He has been an absolute blessing to our family. He took incredible care of both of my parents, especially my dad who recently passed away. He called my father 'My Man' and they had a special bond...deep and true respect for each other. During an incredibly difficult time, Rodney provided unmatched care, comfort, compassion and patience for my Mother and for our family. His customer service is excellent, but more than that, he has a rare gift for making residents and their families feel like true family. We are deeply grateful for everything he does.

My father recently relocated to The Arbor at Bridgemill and the team there has done an amazing job. A huge thanks to Rebecca Merriman with sales who supported everything from the initial tour to the move-in details/documents. The Arbor at Bridgemill team, from the Exec Director Brooke, to each staff have truly been pleasant and welcoming. I look forward to continuing to know them more and more as my Father settles in further.
