APPLE SPRINGS RETIREMENT AND ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE

Apple Springs has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of comfort and genuine care. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like a place where residents are valued and respected. The staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout this journey. Making the decision for a loved one is never easy, but the team at Apple Springs made the process feel manageable and reassuring. They took the time to answer our questions, listen to our concerns, and guide us with compassion. We are so grateful to have found Apple Springs and appreciate the dedication they show every day to the residents and families they serve.

I recently did a tour and assessment at Apple Springs for my father. I called Apple springs and Rainy answered the phone and set up a tour for me and my dad to come see the community. Rainy was not at the community when I did the tour or the assessment but something that stood out was she called after both were finished to follow up and see how they were and if I had any further questions. This really stood out and means a lot to me! 10/10 customer service! I can’t wait to continue working the amazing staff at Apple Springs in hopes my dad becomes a resident there!

Rainy has been absolutely wonderful caring for my aunt while she is in the nursing home! My aunt has been there for many years now and every time I go to visit her, she is always talking about how kind, patient, and attentive she is! It’s such a relief knowing she’s in such good hands with someone who truly cares, and will treat her like family! You can tell Rainy goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and loved. We’re so grateful for her compassion and dedication — she’s truly a blessing!
