My mother has been at Apple Springs since October 2024. The staff is remarkable at their jobs, which at times we are sure isn’t easy. Those that Mom interacts with includes, Maria, Anita, Christina, Rainy, Devon, Shawn, her housekeepers and Michael. My mom has pretty much adopted Micheal as another son. Mom is very happy in her apartment and totally loves all those that care for her.

Customer service is rare these days but Rainey Graber went above and beyond for my family. She was professional and knowledgeable but also very kind, attentive and genuine. Michael Quezada has been a great member of the team looking after the residents, Maria Ramirez goes above and beyond every single shift! Christina Bodenmiller is a fantastic team member and helps everyone with a smile on her face. Anita Monroe is a very good person who is always there when needed most. Brenda Smith is very kind and helpful. Devan Cooper has excellent communication skills and pleasant demeanor. Rainy Graber has been very helpful in providing support wherever possible. Cathy Murphy provided a variety of activities to enjoy and encourages residents to participate and have fun, she is a hoot to be around.
