I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews, but I feel compelled to share my family’s experience to help others avoid the same tragedy. This past week, my uncle passed away from sepsis. When my family went to his room to collect his belongings, they saw a pee-soaked mattress, feces on the floor and wall, and overwhelming evidence of neglect. His room was also robbed with his money and bank card missing after his death. When my family attempted to speak to management at the facility, they gave them the runaround. My uncle was paralyzed and required care for almost everything. There is no excuse for the lack of care he received, and his death was 100% preventable. I’ve included photos from the room at the facility where my uncle stayed. It gave my family deep sadness to imagine what his final days must have been like. I’m disgusted at the care (or lack there of) he received and hope this reviews helps other families find a facility with better standards and patient care than this one.

The staff here is amazing! Love the food. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We do fun activities. Love the community.
