My expectations, which were ridiculously high, have been exceeded beyond anything I could have imagined. The facility is spotless and the staff are very supportive. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with my decision to move here

We had a wonderful tour of the memory care community at Independence Village. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. The facility was clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, comfortable environment for residents. We appreciated learning about the personalized care, engaging activities, and the focus on maintaining each resident’s dignity and quality of life. It gave us confidence that our loved one would be well cared for in a supportive and caring community. We left with a very positive impression and would highly recommend touring Independence Village if you’re considering memory care for a family member.

The staff at Independence Village at Zionsville West have been so wonderful to my mother-in-law! They all know her by name and take time to ask about how she is doing and make her feel special. The director Jim Gepp is awesome! He always has his door open and makes himself available to residents and family members. He helps out in all areas too, always willing to lend a hand wherever he is needed. We have been other places where it was much less personable. We are very grateful for the kindness we have been extended!

We had to shimmy and shake pretty quickly to get my parents here, but it all happened very efficiently. We know they’re having a comfortable experience, and feel well taken care of and safe which is the most important. The activity scope and size of the facility works well for my parents and me (they are in two different locations in the building, one in independent living and one in memory care) without the “fluff” you pay considerably for at other places. We have had an overall very positive experience.
