ANNAS HOUSE ASSISTED LIVING I

Nice and clean facility. The staff were very attentive to our loved one and made us feel welcomed too. It has a nice layout and didn’t have that care facility smell. It’s also a nice county location near the shrine.

I was there to visit considering this as an option for my mother but not sure now.. it really seemed nice but then I watched and overheard one of the workers being completely rude towards the residents when a short dark haired very happy energetically nurse stepped in saying she’d take care of it.. The negative worker who was extremely rude and uncaring towards the residents name was Amanda Vandrisse who then began being very disrespectful and mean towards the nurse who showed compassion to actually do her job.. I overheard way too much of their conversation and as long as this Amanda is working there or not reprimanded or demoted to a lower position we will not consider Anna’s house.. Amanda has a complete lack of respect for the elderly and her coworkers.. If the kind nurse who showed compassion for the residents was in charge this place would be the best in the area.. I believe her name was Carrie. She was very kind and should get a raise or be put in charge..
