Staff is amazing. Any issues we have had with my father's health have been immediately identified and communicated. The staff is always present in the rooms to monitor their health and needs. We had to use other facilities closer to home before and he left sicker than he came in and had terrible hygiene.

My Name is Tony Dang and I am a patient here and I would like to give my appreciation on this particular CNA named Edna Agarpao for her excellent work. She is always on time and never calls in sick and when she is working, she is never on her phone, but focusing on doing her job as good as she can. I wish there were more CNAs like her.

This place is much better than I expected. The staff, including nurses, CNAs, respiratory and wound care teams, RNAs, and others, are all helpful, caring, and hardworking. They truly support both patients and their families and create a warm, reassuring environment. I would also like to highlight one especially outstanding CNA, Lourdes Zuniga. From the moment she began for my son, it was clear that she brings exceptional dedication and heart to her work. Lourdes always comes to work with a positive attitude and a warm spirit. Every weekday morning, my son needs assistance getting ready in his wheelchair. Lourdes always ensures he is ready on time and positioned perfectly, just the way I want before he goes to the dining room. She handles all of his morning care, such as giving him thorough showers, washing his hair with medicated shampoo, shaving him, and keeping him clean and comfortable throughout her shift. She is attentive, and always makes sure he is well cared for. Our family is deeply grateful for her outstanding work.

Our son was a patient at A Grace Sub Acute for about six months before being discharged to our home care. The actual facility is quite crowded and in need of some refurbishing. However, maintenance was very quick to remedy anything that needed attention. What was really important to us was the care he received from the staff and they were attentive, friendly, and eager to help us any way they could. The CNA’s, LVN’s, and RN’s were very hard working, and very helpful explaining things to us. They always told our son what they were doing before they did anything. We felt he got good care. When it came time for discharge, Ray and Melissa worked very hard dealing with vendors and the huge hassle of insurance! We feel that our son received good care and made some friends among the staff.

My brother has been staying at A Grace going into 4 months now. The facility is better than what I expected. I read all other reviews and was a bit worried, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and they are continuously working to keep it up. The staff are very nice and attentive. A lot of the nurses and staff are going above and beyond to help my brother when needed. When my brother kept getting out of bed, I quickly got notified and they changed his routine to keep him safe, and added therapy to help him get stronger. Whenever there are something I needed, I could always address with the charge Nurse or Administrative and the issue will be addressed and resolved. Thank you so much for all that you do for my brother. He is slowly getting stronger and is on his way to recovery and go home soon.
