Terrible. Absolute dumpster fire. I've lived across the street at 1055 W 27th for 17 years & the employees do absolutely nothing to care for or control their residents. Residents constantly pestering other people living in the neighborhood & begging in the middle of the road at the intersection of Northern Lights & Spenard. Residents getting into the neighboring apartment building (because the neighboring apartment buildings are owned by another dumpster fire company that doesn't fix their broken doors) & knocking on all the doors. Hysterical screaming at all hours of the day or night for no reason. Residents throwing junk off their balconies. Homeless living behind their dumpster. Avoid at all costs.

I called anchor house many times this morning and I got no answer. I decided to show up in person and see what it takes to become a patient there and the guy that works there got all in my face and upset.
