AMERICARE ASSISTED LIVING

I placed both my mother and father in Americare Assisted Living over the last fifteen years. First my father, for six years, and my mother shortly after. Both parents had dementia and have passed. I cannot say enough good things about Leah and her team. Hands down the best. I tried many other options before a friend recommended Americare. It’s spotless clean, the residents are given their preference of food, they kept my parents groomed, happy, and as healthy as could be. They care. One time my father had to go to the hospital late at night. John. his caretaker never left his side.

I was shocked to see the 3.0 average rating for this house and want to add my review. My friend's mother was one of the first residents at this home. Years later, my father had his 3rd stroke and I could no longer care for him on my own. This home was near my house and I could take my mom who now lived with us to visit him often. This house is clean and beautiful. The yard is well manicured. My dad had his own room with a sliding glass door to the backyard. We would often sit on the patio and bring him lunch. The workers are very kind and attentive. I do think they need more workers to give their employees a break, and I was not able to pop in at night to check in on my dad but I prayed that he was cared for as well at night. The owner of Americare is wonderful and accessible. The house on Roselle Street was truly an answer to prayer and I am grateful that my dad was able to stay there the last 5 months of his life.

Very unprofessional via Telephone, who answer a phone at a business and says hello, I didn't know if I had the right number and got hung up on so rude

We had a family friend at this house and it is well worth the money. They are so loving and kind and ready to help. Very nice room well taken care of. If you are looking for a place know that your family member will be very well cared for
