My father needed additional support after my mom passed. Keaton at American House was supportive and helpful throughout the process of making the transition. I cannot say enough positives about the staff. They truly care, everyone has been helpful. They also keep us informed of any changes or updates. They consistently monitored his progress including medications management, and leveled off the support as he improved. My father is better because of the support they have provided. The atmosphere is pleasant and they continually improve the facility for the residents. I highly recommend the American House of Zephyrhills.

Horrible move in. Forced to use Frontier. No show for installation. Medications missed and Meds not given until 3rd request and not correctly giving meds out. Dining room closed early and denied meal within meal time. Denied talk to manager about issues. No resolution provided by management to any issues. Do not turn the Meds over to American House. They will not give out meds that state as needed. No big hurry to fix med issues around here. Still not getting meds.
Response from the owner
Matthew, Thank you for sharing your experience. We take concerns like yours very seriously, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've encountered during your move-in process. We are especially concerned by your comments regarding medication management, missed doses, communication challenges, and your dining experience. Resident health, safety, and well-being are our highest priorities, and it is troubling to hear that we did not meet those expectations. We also understand how disappointing it must have been to feel that your concerns were not adequately addressed or escalated to management. We would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the specific circumstances surrounding these issues and work toward a resolution. Please contact our Vice President of Operations, Sean, at sdimas@americanhouse.com so we can investigate your concerns regarding medication administration, meal service, and communication with our team. Your feedback is important and helps us identify areas where we need to improve. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every resident receives the care, service, and respect they deserve. We hope to have the opportunity to speak with you and make things right.

First of all I can't thank the staff of American House enough for their kindness, knowledge and understanding of the very difficult situation to transition your loved one into a new home. We all know how hard it is for anyone to leave their home and surroundings that are so cherished. My Sister has a strong personality and very out spoken, very hard to take in my heart especially when we made it known to her she was moving to where she could be helped and watched over because of health reason. A miracle happened in less than a month! She is at Home! Didn't think it would happen so quickly, I thought it was going to be a long fight in my heart did we make the right decision? Well I am here to tell you we did. Her personality has come back to her sweetheart self! She has made friends enjoying all that American House has to offer. I attribute all this turn around to every staff person at American House and can't thank you enough Love From Our Family

I have a family members that live at American House Management is a problem it seems the turnover rate of employees that are not related to the management or other employees there send a be in and out like a revolving door There was a nice recent employee who went above and beyond her duty and I was very happy with her my family was happy with her other residents were happy with her and they recently just fired her based off of gossip Jackie and Aurelia are two of the worst management people I've ever known in any establishment ever they're bias one-sided completely ignorant and it's really strange how 9/10 of the employee staff there are all related to the same family Is there a human resources department at al???
