Hello !! The owner and administration of this company are complete JOKES from employees checks being short to clients going missing from the facility to the administration her self with her hand in the pot stirring EVERYTHING up. She throws rocks and hides her hands and act completely dumbfounded when she’s confronted about her short comings. This place will not last long due to the way it’s being ran. Poor clients get cold nasty meals EACH MEAL and get poor care from the caregivers there are some who care but most of all it’s a joke. Things are happening there and being swept under the rug. I will never recommend this lady or her establishment to my loved ones… They talk to those clients like they’re nothing. And to hide this review shows you how factual it is .

My mother lives here I can say I made one of the best decisions. The building is very nice spacious and smells very good every time I go visit the staff is very amazing and respectful my mom room is always clean bed is always made carpet always shampooed shout out to the caregivers and house keeper you guys never disappoint another thing mom says food is always excellent and hot. At the previous facility she was at she complained about cold food being served now she’s satisfied with getting hot plates. They play games and activities and recive gifts they always have a hair salon in the building for the residents and get pedicures and manicures she didn’t have any type of entertainment at the previous facility im happy we made the best decision putting my mom in Ameria Orchids u guys Rock keep up the good work

Clean, clean, clean and spacious. Very friendly staff that treats all residents with love and respect. Tanya is.a sweetie, Renee is amazing and Bud knows his stuff. However, coordination.of care could improve a bit as residents have a medical side that varies from resident to resident. Overall, A O is thriving and will outshine most facilities in Wisconsin.

My disabled father stayed for 5 days here, for respite purposes. He loved it! He said the food was so good and everyone (residents and staff) were so welcoming and friendly. Everything was very new and pristine, very clean. I rested easy knowing he was well taken care of, and enjoying himself too. I’d love for him to stay at a place like this full time when the times comes for him to need it. They were wonderful!

My Mother is a Resident of this Beautiful facility. The owners are the sweetest people you ever want to meet. I have never went to visit my mom and her hair wasn't combed, her room isn't clean and she's not fully dress. The staff here takes very good care of my mom. This is the 3rd facility my mother has been in and I can finally say she's home and I don't have to worry about her being cared for anymore. They wash her clothes and her bed linen weekly unless she has an accident then it's washed right away. My mom has Dementia and she compliments the facility how nice it is how clean it is. If you're looking for a place for your love one I highly recommend Ameira Orchids.
