Always Home at Saddlehorn Trail

Love the care my mom is getting. Everyone is caring, food is good and it’s like home.

Very friendly staff. They do a lot of activities and do trips to places like the Blue Bell Factory and Miller Outdoor Theater. Dawn takes some of the residents to the park and mall frequently. It's a very calm environment, but very home like. The view outside is beautiful. I love looking at the oak trees in the back. The staff plays card games with the residents almost every day. The residents have call buttons if they need fast care. The food is homemade and fresh. They serve well proportioned meals.

This facility is wonderful the owner makes home made pizza dough and all that is out of this world. The caregivers are loving and family minded. I will bring my husband here when it is time.

This just was not the place for our family. When we arrived, the owner seemed to be quite shocked and uncomfortable to see brown faces. I was surprised when she asked if my grandmother was "loud" because they do not tolerate that. I The office was a mess! Pills scattered on the floor. A resident was eating breakfast, and it looked like slop!!! I could go on and on with my observations and concerns about this facility, but I'll stop here. No way I'd leave my loved one there!!!
