My dad has been there for about a month and so far I’m not happy . Can’t seem to get a hold of anyone

My 93 year old mother was in rehab for a week here. I found the nurses and CNA'S tried real hard but, seemed under staffed. There were a few that deserve high praise. Response time for toiletiting was long. Often times there weren't enough pillow cases for the extra pillows used for extra support. Lunch service was horrible, never on time. Mom got transferred back to the hospital for low sodium and will not be returning.
