I recieved excellent care from PT, OT and nurse for in-home care after a back injury. Each person was very knowledgeable, caring, observant and helpful. After they would explain the procedure for Therapy or OT, they would observe and watch to make sure I had it right and kindly, with patience, give correction if needed. Excellent care from the Cross roads team. Just what you need when you trying to heal and get better. Thank you!

I had hip replacement and was assigned to Tala for wound care. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Each time she came, she provided me with useful information on caring for my wound and carefully changed my dressing. I loved her care and my dog Jolie always enjoyed seeing her as well! Great job.
