My mother needed a higher level of care than other memory care and assisted living facilities could provide, and we were running out of answers and alternatives. We were very lucky to find Albert's House. The intake process was easier than other facilities, and the care was exceptional. They made my mother's hospice and passing much easier to cope with, and I'm very grateful.

I moved my 88 year old dad with dementia to Albert's Home when dad could no longer walk on his own. He had been to a horrible acute rehab center in Tucker just a week prior and I knew I had to take him out of there. I found Albert's House. My dad had suffered with moderate dementia. It was an extremely high tension, stressful, and exhausting time for me as I was trying to manage this while out of state. For the past 5 years, it was always stressful trying to manage his care esp in the last few months leading up to this move. But after moving to Albert's House, I finally was able to just be a "daughter" not a stressed out overtired caretaker. What a difference that is. That is what a good personal care home allows you to be. Jeremy and Anna did their best to help me with every step of the process. They also helped me make a decision for hospice care - even though I agonized and waffled over the decision (End of life care vs Palliative).  They were understanding, heard my concerns and tried to answer any questions that I had. Jeremy and Anna are very knowledgeable and experienced - and will go over and beyond to make sure the patient and family are well taken care of. For the last week of dad's life, I flew over and was often at the house with my 6-year-old daughter. Even she felt so comfortable and well loved - she asked for a playdate with someone from the staff! It is a very family friendly environment if you bring your kids to visit your loved one. The house where he stayed was very inviting, clean and cozy. My dad's room had a window with a beautiful view of the trees. It was a peaceful and beautiful morning - as I looked through the window on that day dad graduated and joined mama in heaven. Prior to moving into Albert's House, I couldn't see it - but looking back, dad had been declining for quite some time and pretty fast by the time he moved. He was there for less than 2 weeks. Thank you Albert's House, thank you Jeremy, Anna and staff for caring and loving on my dad.

The Albert's House Team is absolutely STELLAR! My brother was blessed with their care at Kingscliff Dr, for 3 years after his stroke during which time my family visited frequently and kept in close touch with the team. I am deeply grateful for their consistent eagerness to do the best that could possibly be done for the best outcome for my loved one, especially during difficult times. They were consistently responsive and strove to be compassionate to do what was best for his welfare, offered their best solutions, listened closely to our feedback, and eager to collaborate. The result: we all grew together in understanding, resilience and wisdom through the process of giving my brother the best care humanly possible through challenging and sweet times until his last breath! As a family and hospice physician, I have had a wide range of experience with care facilities and end of life care. As a family member of one of their residents, I know that the care that Albert's House strives for and delivers is a great model for what residential care could be like for our loved ones and for ourselves if/ when needed! Albert's House is a beacon of light of high quality care in the Atlanta area. I pray that their skillful, compassionate beams of care will reach far beyond Atlanta, for this is the kind of care this world needs during these tender times! Deeply Grateful, Melinda Q. Toney, MD

When traditional assisted living could no longer meet my 94-year-old mother’s many needs, I was at wit’s end. Our hospice team and a friend who is a geriatric social worker recommended Albert’s House. What a providential blessing! Jeremy Le and Anna Le were welcoming and accommodating, as well as clear and professional, and the move went flawlessly. The house is updated, clean, and cozy - not at all institutional. The caregivers there were tender, patient, loving, and highly skilled. Rather than challenging my mother’s dementia-related misunderstandings, they reassured her and redirected her only for safety. (That wasn’t an easy task, either!) They cooked my mom’s favorite meals, cleaned and dressed her appropriately, and doted on her. Having consistent caregivers and a 1:3 ratio was key. For this kind of care, Albert’s House is an extremely good financial value. When my mom passed, Anna and the team were there for me in the most loving and compassionate way. I cannot recommend Albert’s House highly enough!!

When my mother broke her arm at her memory care facility, the facility wouldn’t allow her to return. A friend told us about Albert’s House. We reached out to Jeremy and Anna. They quickly did an assessment and agreed to take her in. They assisted with getting us moved in and communicated regularly: They really helped us out and the caregivers were super caring. I would highly recommend them to others.
