Finding a place for a loved one is never an easy decision, but I can't say enough about how grateful I was to have found Albert's House. Not only did their team go above and beyond to ensure we were able to get my mom moved in and comfortable for the final phase of her life, but they stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process to see if there was anything else we needed, to keep me updated on my mom's status, and more. When my mom passed, the team contacted me right away and allowed us to come say our goodbyes. They also reached out after her passing to see how we were doing and if there's anything they could do to support us in this difficult time. Everyone at this facility (and on their leadership team) is doing such important work and doing it with so much care and empathy. I'll always be so thankful for everything they did and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My father has been at Albert's House - Sandpiper for almost a year, and my family and I are so grateful that we found such a place for his care. The house is in a residential area not too far from where my 88 yr old mom lives, and she is able to visit several times a week. I go less often, but we have always found the staff welcoming and the house clean and comfortable; a welcome and important difference from a more institutional/clinical nursing home setting. They have only a few residents at the house, and they make all of the meals right there. The staff knows what my dad likes and they cater to that while still providing 3 meals a day. Nothing fancy, but food like you would eat at home. They also go out of their way to celebrate birthdays and holidays, inviting the families to come and enjoy the time. Also, I must note that I have never observed anything but patience and kindness from the very skilled staff, who have become somewhat more family than we are to my dad, who is bedridden with dementia. He is not always the easiest to deal with, but they understand and use humor to coax him to cooperate. In summary, if Dad has to be anywhere besides home, this is the best thing possible. Many thanks and appreciation for Jeremy and Anna Le, and their great staff!

Albert’s House provided a beautiful place of care and compassion for my husband’s grandmother in her final weeks of life. She had dementia, and the staff were attentive to every change, always keeping my mother-in-law informed right away. Each time we visited, we were welcomed with such kindness—it was clear they truly loved her as if she were their own family. The home itself was always clean and tidy. It never had that “nursing home” smell—just the fresh scent of a clean, cared-for home. That alone gave us such peace of mind knowing Mimi was in a place that felt warm and dignified. When she passed away peacefully at 3 a.m., the staff notified us within minutes and handled everything with such respect and sensitivity. Their care didn’t stop there; not only did they look after Mimi, but they also supported my mother-in-law through her grief. Even months after her passing, they continue to check in on her to see how she is doing. Albert’s House is more than just a facility—it’s a place filled with love, dignity, and genuine care for both residents and their families. We are forever grateful for the way they cared for Mimi and for us during such a difficult time.
