Upon reaching out to Alexandra she was understating and knowledgeable in answering all my concerns about the facility here at Agape Family Care corp. Great communication and customer care. 10/10 My mom has now been a resident of Agape Family Care for over 4 years. It is so hard to feel confident that your loved one is being properly cared for when you’re not around. I deeply trust the staff at Agape in particular (special “thanks” to Josie, Cora, Lin, and Elizebeth … the list goes on & on). The entire staff is focused on taking incredible care of their residents. I have repeatedly witnessed care staff go above & beyond/outside of her job description to ensure my mom is cared for & safe. Thank you Agape for your amazing care and continued hospitality to our loved ones!

Agape Care Center is exceptional. I experienced a profound sense of peace knowing that my loved one is receiving such excellent care. The facility is impeccably maintained. Furthermore, I observed a patient who appeared very content and expressed a desire to remain rather than return home with their family. This observation further reassured me about my decision to entrust my family member to their care.

Hello – I’m the sister of Ken Ogata, who posted a negative review on April 21, 2025. His review is misleading and, frankly, does not reflect the full truth of the situation. Sadly, it appears to be a calculated attempt to sabotage a plan that would have honored our 102-year-old mother’s wish to return home. His actions were not motivated by concern for her well-being, but rather by self-interest and the convenience of his own household. And now, he’s turning that effort outward—trying to tarnish the reputation of Agape Family Care. For the record, every one of my interactions with Alexandra and Richard at Agape has been respectful, professional, and entirely focused on what’s best for our mother. In a field where many providers prioritize profit, Agape stands out for their genuine compassion and integrity. Had my brother not disrupted the process, I would have moved forward with them without hesitation. I don’t usually leave public reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to speak up — to provide a more honest and balanced perspective, and to set the record straight.

their response Alex responded to your initial inquiry. Your follow-up email, however, was confrontational and resembled an interrogation rather than a professional exchange. Many of the questions you raised have already been answered, including but not limited to: What do we provide? 5) How long you have worked for Agape? 8) cost: What is the total cost for the day? (NA) Cost for the week (NA) Cost for the month – (already been answered) 9) please explain the caretakers living in my mom's home. Who is liable if they are injured on our property? 10) does this includes laundry, cooking of meals, grocery shopping, excepting deliveries, and some housekeeping to keep the place clean? Additional questions, such as those below, may be considered inappropriate. They include but are not limited to: 1) Please send me a list of at home services specific costs. In 12-hour shifts, what would we be billed for that day? – (we are billed by the month) 4) how many caretakers do you employ in Riverside that provide this type of service? 4a) How many caretakers have been with you over a year? 4b) How many caretakers have you had for over 2-years? 4c) How many caretakers have you had over 5-yrss? 6) When is the last time time you covered a shift? As you can see. many simple questions not answered. the added note: This kind of inquiry is entirely inappropriate, unjustifiable, and appears solely intended to intimidate, disrupt, and sabotage a care option. this is all copied from the reply. none is from myself. They have been in business for several years, but only 2 reviews, both posted in the past week. I would not hire this company.
